2. Description of Service

Runr Review provides tools for businesses to manage their online reputation, automate review collection, and generate AI-assisted responses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Runr Review cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

5. AI Usage and Abuse

Our AI features are provided to assist with generating responses to reviews. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content. Runr Review reserves the right to terminate accounts that use the AI systems abusively or in violation of third-party platform guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Runr Review be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
